Black tea or red tea ( this is how it is called in China) is the result of the complete oxidation of the leaf to the burn. In the world market, it occupies the most important place in the market of all types of teas.
The main regions of black tea cultivation are: Sri Lanka (Ceylon), India (1/3 of the world's tea is grown here), Indonesia, Kenya, and China.
