GURMAN'S VESUVIUS ayurvedic tea 

Green tea is refreshing, rich in catechins, which act as antioxidants, protect the body from free radicals, protect against colds and regulate blood pressure. Also, green tea energizes, but it contains less caffeine than in coffee, so tea affects the body more evenly and there are no energy jumps and fatigue after them. Cinnamon acts as an antioxidant, protects the body from free radicals, can help regulate blood glucose levels and improve metabolism. Ginger contained in tea has anti-inflammatory properties, strengthens the immune system, when used in combination with pink pepper can help with impaired digestion, and the antiseptic properties of cloves help relieve pain.  

Ingredients: Green tea, cinnamon bits, cinnamon-sugar, fennel, pink pepper, apricot bits 

Preparation: 1-2 tea spoon; 100 ⁰C; min. 5 - 8.
