The Javanese variety arabica is bred in the Region of Finca Las Nubes, Dipilto, Nueva Segovia near the Honduran border.
The soil here is very fertile, there is an abundance of rain, there is a river nearby, everything that is needed for coffee trees to breed.
The Indonesian variety in the new conditions gave an excellent result - exquisitely tasted, well-balanced coffee, in which, despite the fruity black currants, passion fruity notes, caramel sweetness is revealed, pleasantly invigorating the palate, and a creamy, velvety aftertaste is felt for a long time.
Suitable for cooking in a scalded or pressed (French) way.
