Black tea perfectly tones up, because of all the types of tea, it contains the most caffeine. About 30% of the composition of dry black tea consists of polyphenols, which act as antioxidants, protecting the body from oxidative stress. Also, black tea helps maintain a healthy bowel condition by stimulating the growth of good bacteria and preventing the growth of bad bacteria.
