Spicy traditional Japanese tea made from green Bancha tea and roasted Genmai (brown rice).

Bancha is the second most common in Japan green tea. The name Bancha came from the word Ban, which translated from Japanese means "everyday", "ordinary". Bancha is extremely popular in Japan as a daily tea, it is drunk after meals or to facilitate digestion. It has significantly less caffeine than Sencha or Gyokuro, so it is suitable for people who are sensitive to caffeine and can be drunk in the evening.

Bancha tea is unique in that it is obtained from the last tea harvest of the year, which is collected in October. Such late harvesting affects the size and color of the leaves, they are harvested larger and darker. This late picking and determines the taste of Bancha tea, which has hints of wood, herbs and straw notes.

Ingredients: green Bancha tea, baked brown rice.

    Country of origin: Japan.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon into 90 ⁰C water, wait 2-3 minutes to drink.
