GURMAN'S Colombia Excelso Swiss Water Decaf, decaffeinated arabica  

Swiss water decaf method is a very clean way to extract caffeine from coffee beans.

While other methods rely on chemical solvents like methylene chloride or dichloromethane, here only water is being used to extract upto 99.9% of caffeine. 

Like all Colombian coffees it is mild, with hints of sweetness, pleasant flavour and taste with subtle notes of lemon, apple, chocolate and caramel.
