ACORN COFFEE (100 g)
A natural caffeine free coffee altemative inspired by ancient local knowledge and traditions. The acorns are collected in the Baltic forests, roasted slowly and mildly, until they get a luxurious milky caramel taste.
Ingredients: Acorn kernels (Quercus robur) 100 %.
Methods of preparation: 1. Add 1 tsp of coffee to a cup. Pour boiling water or your favorite milk, hold for 5-7 minutes.
Traditional method of preparation: boil 250 ml of water, add 1 tsp. a teaspoon of coffee and boil for 3-5 minutes with the addition of the same amount of milk, still boil for 1 minute.
Garnish with honey, butter, cinnamon.
